Ⅱ. Cases where cancellation is not applicable

Order cancellation is not applicable in the following cases:

  • the order has already been shipped or handed over to the carrier;

  • delivery impossibility results from address errors or incorrect essential information.

If the order has been shipped, the rights provided by the Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy may still be exercised, within the limits allowed by applicable law.
